The RC2-340B incorporates an advanced 5:6 patented screw rotor profile machined using high-precision CNC gear grinding machinery. By eliminating wearing parts such as pistons, wrist pins, and suction/discharge valve plates, this semi hermetic screw type compressor achieves low operating noise, minimal vibration, and continuous mechanical endurance.

Powered by a 3-phase, 2-pole squirrel-cage induction motor built from premium low-loss core steel with Class F insulation. The motor is directly cooled by cold suction refrigerant gas guided through internal channels and guide vanes, enabling the semi hermetic screw type compressor to maintain high operating efficiency under heavy B2B thermal loads.

Constructed with a double-walled gray cast iron (FC25) body with inner reinforcement ribs to prevent housing expansion under high operating pressures. Internal mechanical stability is supported by an array of 10 radial and axial bearings paired with an α balance piston to neutralize rotor dynamic thrust loads and prolong overall bearing service life.

Engineered to handle fluctuating thermal demands, it features an internal hydraulic slide valve supporting 4-stage step capacity control (35%-50%-75%-100%) or continuous stepless regulation (35%-100%). Integrated connection ports easily accommodate liquid injection circuits, external oil coolers, and economizer sub-cooler connections.
