Constructed with a double-walled FC25 gray cast iron housing engineered with internal reinforcement ribs to prevent thermal expansion under high operating pressures. Engineered to handle variable cooling demands, this screw air conditioning compressor provides precise load modulation through an internal hydraulic slide valve, supporting 4-stage step control (35%-50%-75%-100%) or continuous stepless regulation (35%-100%). Built-in auxiliary ports accommodate liquid injection, external oil cooling, and economizer sub-cooler circuits.

Integrated Oil Management & Electronic Protection

• Oil Separation: Includes a direct flange-on FC500 ductile iron oil separator to maintain high lubricant viscosity and minimize refrigerant oil carryover.
• Motor Protection: Equipped with embedded PTC thermistors and a motor protection module monitoring discharge gas heat, coil temperatures, phase loss, and phase sequence.
