The RC2-200B features an advanced 5:6 patented screw rotor profile machined using high-precision CNC gear grinding equipment. By eliminating wearing components like pistons, wrist pins, and suction/discharge valve plates, this semi hermetic screw compressor offers low-noise operation, minimal vibration, and long-term mechanical durability.

Powered by a 3-phase, 2-pole squirrel-cage induction motor crafted from low-loss premium core steel. The motor is directly cooled by cold suction refrigerant vapor guided through internal slots, ensuring reliable efficiency under demanding commercial and industrial conditions.

Constructed with a double-walled gray cast iron (FC25) body designed with internal reinforcement ribs to prevent housing deformation under high working pressures. Dynamic stability is sustained by an array of 10 axial and radial bearings combined with an axial balance piston to neutralize rotor thrust loads and prolong bearing life.

Designed to accommodate dynamic thermal loads, this semi hermetic screw compressor offers precise output adjustments via internal hydraulic slide valve action, supporting either 4-step capacity control (25%-50%-75%-100%) or continuous stepless regulation (25%-100%). It also includes integrated ports for liquid injection, external oil cooling, and economizer circuits to maximize part-load efficiency.

• Oil Separation: Includes a direct flange-on FC500 ductile iron oil separator to minimize oil carryover and maintain lubricant viscosity.
• Electronic Protection: Equipped with embedded PTC thermistors and a protective electronic module monitoring coil temperatures, discharge gas heat, phase sequence, and phase loss.
