By eliminating reciprocating components such as pistons, rings, and valve plates, this refrigeration screw compressor delivers consistent mechanical stability, low operating noise, and minimal structural vibration.

Powered by a 3-phase, 2-pole squirrel-cage induction motor crafted from premium low-loss core steel. The motor features specialized internal cooling slots and guide vanes that direct cold suction refrigerant vapor across the motor windings, maintaining high operational efficiency under demanding commercial loads.

Constructed with a double-walled gray cast iron housing (FC25) featuring high-strength internal ribs to eliminate thermal casing expansion during high-pressure operation. Reliability is reinforced by a combination of 10 axial and radial bearings paired with an axial balance piston to balance rotor loads and extend bearing lifespan.

Designed to handle dynamic system conditions, this refrigeration screw compressor provides precise load management with either a 3-step configuration (33%-66%-100%) or continuous stepless regulation (33%-100%). Integrated port connections allow easy setup for liquid injection, external oil cooling, and middle-pressure economizer circuits.
