The D Series Chiller is a type of refrigeration equipment used in freon refrigeration units. This chiller is designed for preservation, freezing, and refrigeration. Depending on the use of temperature, the D Series chiller is divided into DL, DD, and DJ three series which can be applied to different storage temperatures. DL type chiller is mainly suitable for 0℃ or so fresh storage, DD type chiller is mainly suitable for 18℃ cold storage. D type chiller is mainly suitable for quick-freezing storage below -25℃.
This series of products has the following characteristics:
- High-quality steel plate shell with a plastic sprayed surface that is corrosion-resistant and has a beautiful appearance
- Coil has a staggered arrangement and mechanical expansion of the tube, ensuring the copper tube and aluminum sheet are closely combined and the heat transfer effect is good
- High-quality stainless steel electric heating tube is evenly distributed in the coil, providing good defrosting effect
- Defrosting is done through a stainless steel electric heating tube which has good heat dissipation and long life
- The design width of the chiller is reasonable with a spacing between the blades and the aluminum fins greater than 1/3 of the diameter of the blades, ensuring sufficient effective air volume

Applications:
The Type D series of air coolers can be used in conjunction with compressor units of varying cooling capacity to achieve the desired storage temperature in different cold storage environments.
When the desired storage temperature is approximately 0°C, the DL type air cooler can be used for cold storage of fresh eggs or vegetables. On the other hand, the DD type air cooler is ideal for cold storage of meat, fish, and other frozen foods, where the storage temperature can reach as low as -18°C.
For cold storage that requires a temperature of -25°C, Type D air cooler is recommended for quickly freezing meat or fresh fish products, as well as prepared foods.
